I don’t think you know what a floater is within a daycare. A floater starts when everybody else starts, they help in different classrooms, and they are responsible for being support when the teacher have to take children to the bathroom. the floater helps watch all the other kids it’s not less money and it’s not less time for less money. It is the same hours, except you are working in different classrooms and places throughout the day. It would be bad for her business if she stayed in the infant classroom and did not have any qualified skills to maintain the classroom or intended to take any if the necessary courses to be in charge of an infant classroom so, in all actuality, she put herself at risk by trying to give this young lady a chance, but when people don’t have a business, they don’t see that and when people don’t know what it goes into to be a lead in a toddler or infant class that’s when they make statements that a person deserves to be in a class.
