Getting Busted | Judge Mathis

The plaintiff and defendant used to date, but she still cares about him. She says the defendant has anger issues, which she has experienced first-hand. The plaintiff is suing for car vandalism because the defendant busted out her car windows when she drove him and his son home from a doctor’s appointment. The defendant argues he and the plaintiff were never actually in a committed relationship. He admits to damaging her car, but he only did it because he was angry when she left him and his son on the side of the road. He’s countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.
