Second case was the fastest case I've seen on any court show, I feel. xD First case was fascinating in the fact that the dude was surprised that someone he met in on a dating site was making moves on him... If you're seeking a simple friendly roomate, DON'T USE A DATING SITE!! The case with the girl destroying even her own property...Yeah, no one wants to come back home and worry about making a wrong step! It doesn't matter whose property it is; You need help, and fast! I would not want to come home and take my shoes off, only to step on glass a second later, especially in my own house and without warning!

I personally don't believe the defendant in the first case just because no friends and nowhere to go is very strange for someone who isn't trouble, but not sure if Judge's logic behind the ruling was right. You're still a tenant if you get mail where you live. It doesn't mean you pay rent. It also doesn't make sense to expect rent from a homeless guy.
