The plaintiff used to work with the defendant, who allegedly smoked weed at work. She claims the defendant hit her car and fled the scene, so she’s suing for car damages and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff harassed her at work and even brought people to work to fight her. She got fired from her job, so she’s countersuing for lost wages.

The reason she didn't want to come back to the scene is because she would've been tested and ticketed for DUI (driving under the influence) ...which would've been much more costly and possibly a suspension of her driver's license.

Not to be funny but the way my music bumps if I was in a rush I probably wouldn't felt it either. However, I would have noticed it when I checked around my car. Especially, if someone would have called, I would have told them I'm picking up my babies and I’ll be right there. If things would have dealt with I have taken pics and had someone witness I did return.
