I think the prosecution's theory was correct all along...they had an argument, she was going to leave him or it was about sex, she ran, he chased her yelling at her to "get the f**k out of my house"...she was going to call 911, spoke to him from the toilet, and Oscar, so wounded in his EGO, shot the hell out of her. Honestly, I hope he never makes it out of prison, his life is over.

I base this on listening to his ex-girlfriend making a statement on an interview, that he had screamed at her for not clearing a plate. It is clear he is a control freak.

As the judge reads the "accused" statements leading up to the shooting, it sounds even more unbelievable as in the first trial. Hopefully the court will do right by Reva and give him the full 15 yr. sentance, (for which, he will probably only serve a small fraction for "good behavior"). He should have been hauled back to jail immediately while he waits sentencing.

Justice has finally been done for Reeva now that the State's highest Court has well and truly stumped Pistorius now that they have refused his final appeal against his murder conviction. He's now going back to prison to serve a proper sentence of at least 15 years.

Think about it. What robber would break in through a bathroom window on the second story of a house and then lock themself in a bathroom cubicle!!!? Nonsense! The rugby player sent Reeva a message at around 1 AM. He saw the message and lost his mind with anger(see testimony of his ex girlfriend on exactly how angry he was and how controlling) he then most probably started abusing her and she ran to go hide in the bathroom locked the door. He threatened her even freaking out more. Then shouted at her to open the door. She refused and he shot the 4 shots through the door!

Then he realized what he had done and he was sickened by it. I do think also he had a lot of remorse. Sad. Anger management is so important

First, having taken a firearms test he knew the importance of target identification and he therefore know it was illegal to shoot at an unseen target. Moreover, he could have ascertained the existence of his target. Second, if so justifiably compelled, he could have fired a warning shot. Instead, he chose to shoot not once - but four times. The result we all know about.
