Judge may be disorientated by opposite advocate esp. when our advocate is not listening at us but drafting according to himself saying you don't teach advocates what to do. Judge is mislead. We want apex court or jury and judges of three to give any decision in anny court. We don't want to rely on our own advocaates & /or a single judges judgement. In vacation court, open court mye only my and opp. adv. were present. My no evidence taken. Mooh kholnye nahi diya. Sha.
