CJ is most honest , upright and pure constitutional judges in Pakistani history . He took all brave decisions which whole previous judiciary could not take . Examples are Musharaf case , Bhutto case , Faiz Hameed case etc and so many more . With regards to 8 judges decision, the notes of Justice Amin , Justice Naeem and justice Yahya has thrown overboard . Their decision is against constitution and they must be tried under article 6 . Corrupt , character less Imrandoos/YOUTHIAS judges .

Because supreme court entertained political cases wholeheartedly whereas it should have thrown those cases out at the registrar level. It should have helped strengthen the election commission. Who can forget Qasim suris 5 year stay. Shameful.
