hey rumen, just wanted to ask if you could do a step by step on how you track debates so that you’re able to evaluate claims more clearly because i do seem to have a tracking issue where i feel the need to write every word possible and i end up overwhelming myself with content

Cop-out answer, but truly this is a question of experience. I think it is easy to track an argument if you already know where it is going and what burdens it has if you have spoken/judged for a very long time. It gets better over time. The only thing I can add is that you don't have to write down everything. There is no specific methodology. It is just noting down what is relevant and how it interacts within the debate. It also helps when speakers are clear with what they are doing and if you don't get it it is their problem :)
