Sir, I would like one question which is related to choosing a career in other states or staying in a hometown i. e. Delhi. Currently, I have been working as PA Level 6 getting 54000Rs in Central University of Jammu for 08 August 2024 and repatriating to the parent department Ministry of Information and Broadcasting; where I was getting Rs 51951/-, due to some reasons. Since there is no big gap between the salary of level 4 of Delhi and Level 6 of jammu and before this job I was preparing for Sr PA for DHC but could not qualify the skill even though I was able to write dictation at 130 and 120 and still writing at 100 speed and committing 5 to 10 mistakes in 600 word passage. However I was not in practice for the last 4 months. Should I prepare for Judgement Writer? Because it is a level 8 job. Should I wait for promotion in parent department? Because there is no big gap in the delhi level 4 to level 8 job from other state. Should I really prepare and grap the opportunity because if I get it, it will give me early benefits? Please answer me I am in big trouble I can qualify it because I had qualified the exam of JHC, Himachal HC,

​@@devanejaeducation4632 sir when I take dictation for example I wrote a dictation at 100 wpm from you but when I try to write from another person it seems like the flow or speed is higher than what I expect. This usually happens in exam.
