An unplayable piece. A beautiful one, but unspeakably hard. Have never heard a proper rendering. Perroy and Starobin are at least more successful compared to others in regards of the technics, though they don't cope with the difficulties as well. The piece is too tough! Musicality not to mention. I hear physical exercises, not music.
