Because the parents of the lady has arrange her marriage to another guy.As an Indonesian we still have these kind of marriage.Not everybody does those things but there are still people who still do these things..When I fell in love with my wife 24 years ago,my parents in law doesnt agree that we were togheter,because I came from a poor family.But we stay strong togheter and fought for our love.And than her parents put pressure on me and my parents to get me married and we got married after a week after they agree to our love.And here we are now..We had 2 sons,but they left us really soon.And now we have a daughter.We dont have everything we wanted but we are happy..Thank you for the reaction

I guess the separation is a sacrifice they have to make although it is not their choice as they love each other very much...in an eastern family, family blessings is a very crucial thing in a relationship ( influence of culture and religion)...so they cant be Romeo n Juliet nor Samson n Delilah for that matter. It is sad that they fall in love at the wrong time...this being arrangements for marriage has already been made for the girl.....true love, Bane, is very subjective.
