Not only does this lady Judith Durham possess them most stunningly beautiful voice I have ever heard in my life but, as many other people have said, her voice is loaded with so much love and compassion it brings tears to my eyes. No other singer has ever done that!.

As a small child I heard adults talk of Judith Durham having the best voice. I grew up with Seekers hits in the background. Now I am 61 and have had a lifetime of knowing that her voice was as they described, the very best. RIP Judith you will always be remembered for hitting our hearts with your amazing vocal talent 🖤

Just purchased this CD on Amazon last week. It is Fantastic!!! Been a Seekers fan since 1965. Never been a more beautiful female singing voice, ever, in my opinion. And what a charming personality! She just radiates love, joy, and sincerity!! God bless her, as she has blessed us all these years. Tim in Texas USA

"The Carnival Is Over" Say goodbye my own true lover As we sing a lovers song How it breaks my heart to leave you Now the carnival is gone High above the dawn is waiting And my tears are falling rain For the carnival is over We may never meet again Like a drum, my heart was beating And your kiss was sweet as wine But the joys of love are fleeting For Pierrot and Columbine Now the harbour light is calling This will be our last goodbye Though the carnival is over I will love you till I die Like a drum, my heart was beating And your kiss was sweet as wine But the joys of love are fleeting For Pierrot and Columbine Now the harbour light is calling This will be our last goodbye Though the carnival is over I will love you till I die Though the carnival is over I will love you till I die..... NOTE: This song features the couplet "But the joys of love are fleeting/ For Pierrot and Columbine." Pierrot and Columbine were the names of two stock characters in the old Italian pantomime-like theatre known as del'arte Pierrot was a sad clown in love with the beautiful Columbine who breaks his heart by leaving him for Harlequin.

Who could not love a voice like Judith . I have never heard anyone sing Don,t Cry for me Argentina like the amazing Julie Covington another singer from those amazing days but I am sure all who have wrote here would give their right hand to hear Judith Durham sing DON,T CRY FOR ME ARGENTINA can you even begin to imagine it dam sure it would rock the world sideways If your reading this Judith sing it for us . for we know you can still sing for there has been many many singers from Dianna Durbin Karen Carpenter ,Julie Covington Maria Callas , and many more but NONE like you shivers down the arm sending people into a place of intense awe just to listen to you sing .hoping the song will never end .

Perfect pitch is what someone said Judith has, her voice and sound has never altered, when you watch Judith in this video then flash back to the beginning, Judith's voice or pitch has remain so classic, I look at all the video of Judith and the Seeker and could only imagine the great influence they have had in music, though the sound of the Seekers may not constitute Rock and Roll, Judith and The Seekers should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I say this this because The Seekers music and

Hey Numinator, it's not plagiarism when some acknowledges where the original music came from, if you listen to Judith's interviews, she gives credit to the Russian origins!
