If you try to brace yourself against the negative by assuming the worst, you have no cushion. I know the same feeling Judith my father died seven years ago from Parkinson's the grief takes a long time to heal but you will feel better in time because I went trough it myself I would constantly dream about him feeling he's still with me.

The stuff about your dad really hit me cuz I've been taking care of my dad on weekends and he's been struggling with his house and it's been really hard on me and but sometimes frustrating but it's also rewarding that I get to spend time I do with him He did say something but I'm never going to forget because he actually said to me that I've grown as a person I've been going over and over and over again in my head in a good way because my father never said that And now I'm just late age he's been saying I love you to me which he never used to do when I was a kid

Nice to see you again live Judith. I recently did an interview for an autistic podcast talking about my late diagnosis with autism as well as my struggles in life with it. It unfortunately received a fair bit of criticism and harassment from people who I talk about in the podcast interview in relation to social media drama. As a result there's been more negative traction with the interview as these people come as a group mob. I'm hoping to eventually get more positive traction from people who are genuinely interested in hearing about my struggles but it's tough to counterbalance the reaction towards something more positive. I had hoped since my interview was the first time I put myself out there on KZbin that it would open the doors to other podcasts but so far this hasn't been the case. We will see how it goes but the fallout from my podcast has effected my mental health.

Never listen to the haters. Follow your path, tell your truth and keep moving forward. The mob is real but they honestly don’t matter. Its angry voices connected to deeply hurting souls without the consciousness to realize their own misery. It’s important to feel your feelings and pain about about how you’ve been treated but if you can, don’t hang out there. There’s no value in that space. Instead look up towards the horizon, towards the sun and the light. Let that nourish your soul. You’ve got this my friend!

In regards to the drama I'm involved with there is more to what I've been going through but I think you get some of what has been going on with me.
