I like this technique, but it's going to be very difficult to get into that set up. Under IJF rules, you can't break a grip with both hands. You can get to the same position she does, but you're going to have to find a different way there.

Its a great takedown for competition BJJ though, which don't penalize or police grips the same. It's a shame the judo ruleset is making some great techniques see less and less use.
