Teddy is simply a good Judo player. For those wondering, Judo looks easy but I assure you it is not. In this video, you will see Teddy has a specific move he has mastered. Not always, but often. And his opponents are the best of who they represent! Watch how he often gets control of the left sleeve and AGGRESSIVELY attacks the right collar (lapel) of the opponent. Gaining advantage by getting his opponents off balance, he gains the advantage and sweeps the leg. Just watch, it’s his signature move and no one has an answer for it! What you may not realize is the aggressiveness of how he attacks the collar! On each side of the neck is a nerve known as the “bracheal plexus”. He may, or may not, hit that pressure point as he grabs the collar to gain balance to his advantage. Attacking that specific area of the collar, side of the neck, can momentarily stun his opponent for just a fraction of a second to execute the move. No joke. Just watch the aggressiveness. It’s not illegal, it’s great Judo!!!

Bruce Lee could do nothing about his height, but he always trained to be as strong, ripped and fast as he could be. He never underestimated physicality. Technique is only as useful if it adapts to the martial artist's body, and it only magnifies your already existing physical attributes. It doesn't create power out of nowhere.

I remember being the lightest and one of smallest in his weight class in International tournaments after being selected for the national team at 18 years old (just getting out of junior divisions) going up against people like former Olympian Deway Mitchell, International championships like Shannon gibbons , frank Nolen and other big guys. Teddy would beat Deway pretty easy today and I had no chance against against him. I looked like a white belt lmao 😂🤣. Teddy would of killed me 🤣. Teddy is very strong , anyone could see that as his techniques can't hardly be stopped. I think I only seen one match that he had a hard time against but I forgot who that was with.
