Judoka Green belt competes in Pan American jiu jitsu 🇧🇷🇯🇵🇨🇺

It was crazy to be able to compete in the Pan American jiu jitsu where about 40 athletes participated

The referee took a couple of minutes to give the 2 points to Eduardo. It's strange that these type of situations always happen when athletes from GB are losing.....

Terrible ref. No Advantage for “Almost Passing Guard” when clearly passing, even the Half-Guard. Can’t score N/S Mount for 4 points, etc.; why even “ref” if someone else is calling the shots? Nice Judo skills, too.

A Judoka green belt shouldn’t be rolling with BJJ white belts 🙄. Should have competed with blue.

green belt for a lot of judo systems is like the first colored belt. Some are just a couple belts in, like a few months. It’s a low level belt for the judo orgs I’m familiar with. So white belt comp would be appropriate.

If you had any knowledge of martial arts, you wouldn't comment on that. Obviously, a green belt in judo cannot go directly to a blue belt. They are similar martial arts but not the same.

Green belt is like second or third rank, competing against blue belts? Frankly bjj is inundated with sandbaggers so even blue is a stretch
