AMAZING ICON. She done as much in entertainment as someone like say, Ruta Lee, however, Judy frequently gets overlooked. Moshe Lewis conducting this interview is a pro ❤️👍

I have a deep love/hate relationship with KZbin but discovering this wonderful slice of life has put a smile on soul❤ we get to know celebrities through the characters they play, but a relaxed connection like this gives you an intimate glimpse into the true individual. She was, is and will always be a beautiful soul and gorgeous woman. I wish she had been able to share her gift more during the 70s and 80s, but I'm happy the algorithm finally led me here. It's been like running into a long lost friend. Thanks for sharing this 🙌

I always thought that she is so beautiful and talented and did not get the exposure still to this day because of colorism. Watching this interview, add to that a brilliant person

I've met her sister Jean but it was many moons ago. I also worked with Oscar Brown Jrs. daughter and Oscar and Jean were a couple way back then They weren't together when I met Jean through a friend. I wish Judy was there, that would've been lovely.

Judy Pace appeared in the ABC series, "Peyton Place" in the late 1960's. She was one of the first dark complexion ed actresses acclaimed for her beauty. Most black actresses known for their beauty were light-skinned. Judy Pace broke that mold.

The term Blaxplotation films, was not a racist term. A black American publicist coin that term, because he could not get a contract with the moviemakers of these films. That's black against black, very sad. And Judy Pace is right, most of those films were great. It gave work to black actors and actresses. And used veteran white American actors in these films, like Ray Milland.
