*Maybe so many of your viewers will not gonna believe that i had my operation on Saturday (7-01-2023) it was paining like hell on the same day i had to take ketrol(pain killer) bcz the pain was unbearable and I took rest for Sunday and on Monday morning(5.30am in 4°C) I went to NDRF ground for my running even it was little bit painful but still i did 2km running within 10minutes19seconds also walked 3km and the very next day i did the same in (9' 54'') it was a great achievement for me nd i came to know that it's all about your mindset*
