If you ordered the Jugg from GoPowerSports, I think they'll send you another spider. If you say its not working, then your engine isnt ready for it. The engine has to rev above 4k-5k to actually get it to work

Oh Jason, this is golden. There's been plenty of scratching of the heads on how to change these spiders. This makes it so freagin easy. Even if you don't have an extra set of hands, I do have to extra wood clamps that I'm going to use to hold the "springs, weights, rollers" open. LOL. Thanks for posting this video.

Brought a couple juggernauts when they first came out. Did not work for my 212. Let it sit. Just brought 3 225 tiletsons. My sons speed right past my 225, I bottom out at 50mph. This should be a warranty issue. At least have the new spider available. It’s no where on the site. Now I have to buy another juggernaut and toss the old one. Will wait next time something comes out.

I know you guys recommend the juggernaut with stage 2 or higher but is there zero improvement with a stage 1 tillitson?

Yes. It will take away from a stop a bit more quickly but on top end it is no difference. You need governor delete and the parts to make power at higher rpm and do so safely.

I'm having to find a fat tired kart frame to put my Tillotson on because the juggernaut gave it so much torque it twists my mb200-2 frame and pops the chain. That and my son totalled the front. Since he is so light the chain stayed on for him and he clocked 67.3mph on gps before he layed it down and slid into trees.

Beefier thicker design. Gen 1 spiders weren't holding up to the heavy running and gunning on fully built high RMP engines.

The gen 1 spiders have been bending or actually breaking / failing due to excessive RPM's. We've seen the issue show up more often on our off road racing bikes than the street drag racing engines. The new replacement spiders are a thicker beefier stainless design.

New Juggernauts have these Stainless Steel Spiders. There was a batch earlier this year that did not.
