No returns on customs. And usually with other statue returns, you're going to have to eat the deposit. So it's best to only order things that you think you're going to like.

I'm not sure I would call it lazy necessarily. Some collectors desire the old classic look. However, having something "new and improved" is definitely welcomed by me, when done right. But they have to make sense as well and not just added for the sake of adding something.
