Oni is base 115%, or 4.6 m/s. In power, Oni is 196%, or 7.82 m/s. Kanai-Anzen adds 0.64 m/s to power, giving you 8.46 m/s Add Akito's Crutch combined with Kanai-Anzen, you're moving at 9.46 m/s. Batteries and Furtive both give 5% Haste, so 0.2 m/s. ML is 10%, so 0.4 m/s. Add all together, you have 10.26 m/s; If you have the bonus haste from event, that is 30% haste, so 1.2 m/s, leaving you with 11. 46 m/s(286,5%)! I think that's pretty fast.
