It will take me months to even pass level 1 haha.. Great way to challange myself though. I'm gonna try this.

No way.. Try 50 on each foot everyday and after 1 week you will easily be able to do it.

@@DavidRowleyFootball you were right. After just three practices of 50 reps per practice I can do level 1 on my dominant foot. I will need few more days for the left foot to catch up though :P I have a bad ankle mobility on my left foot so it is hard for me to trap that ball. I am gonna practice as long as I need to go through all levels. I noticed that this challenge helps me with juggling :)

Imma give this a go for sure. I was also wondering on how to get better at playing at very fast and high pace games with a lot of pressure. Do you have any drills that can help my directional first touch and decision making? How can I get better when my back is to the opponents net if you know what I mean

r u a striker? if you are then you would usually play w your back to goal. if you are anything but a striker, you should not be playing w your back to goal. as a wide player you should be facing infield, basically standing on the out of bounds line. as a midfielder you should be receiving the ball at an angle which allows u to see whats behind you. as a CB u would usually get the ball and let it run across your body before passing it.
