Yes may you find strength indeed. One of the things I like to tell myself is seasons change and yours will change too. You'll still be a mom, putting in the work but it won't be taking care of a premature. He will have grown, healthy, strong. So hang in there..❤

Sorry love. If your partner's resources are sufficient to sustain you for a year or more, you can stay home and look after the boy for atleast 1 Yr. During this period, you can learn an online course to keep up with your growth career wise. Your baby's immunity will be great, you will have introduced him to solids, etc. Think about it and do what's best for your circumstances.

Hullo Stella, a fellow preemie mum here. Congratulations on your miracle. A preemie will need much more attention during the first year of life, or even 2 because of the development and growth they still need to go through. They therefore need very close care. You could consider staying home for at least a year if your husband can support while you try other maybe online ventures. You need all the support you can get so please don't fear to get a nanny who can help you with work around the house so you can focus on baby and baby related activities, and yourself. There is a lot that goes on with expressing milk, breastfeeding, attending to feeding bottles etc. I had so much support and my child being born during COVID meant that I was home and also had support systems. For me I would say COVID really helped because then much of my work was shifted online so I pretty much work from home with occasional days in office. That has enabled me to be with my boy for his first 2 years. You husband also has to be really hands on and supportive. If you express milk, he can help with feeding especially a few times when baby wakes up in the night so you can catch some more minutes of sleep. Please get help because you need it. I wish you all the best. They grow very fast and whatever sacrifices you are making for him is worth it and nothing really compares. You got it, it will be well. Take care of yourself too, you could do daily walks to help ease you a bit. Early morning exercises can give a boost too. Please get a nanny and I pray that God leads you to a good one. Lots of Love and God bless
