Just 1 question. How tight is too tight when doin up the caps for ur wheel? If i spin the wheel should it spin for ages, spin a few turns or only half to a full turn. Im sur the last option is wrong. Or what is too loose?

I know this is an old post, but if anyone's having problems with pedals falling off, it's most likely because you either have the cranks on the wrong sides, or you have the seat on backwards, so you're riding the frame backwards. Generally you don't even need the pedals screwed in super tight. they'll actually tighten a bit when you ride.

Don't overtighten the bearing bolts or the pedals. They shouldn't be reefed down. It's also a good idea to give the pedal bolts a little smear of grease.

Depends. The threads on some bike pedals are 1/2" Your unicycle cranks may be 9/16"

I tightened mine too much the first time, and it didn't spin at all, lol. No harm done.

My quick release is just a metal clamp with a bolt, a washer and a nut. It wasn't good enough to stop the seat from turning but it was good enough to stop it from going up and down. In the end I destroyed the nut and bolt by practically melting the thread on the bolt. What's a good quick release??

When I put on my pedals one was difficult but I got the other one on and now the difficult one won't go in fully even when I use the wrench, I have tried to take it on and off and on and off but it doesn't do anything. Any advice?

*Fun Fact:* When turning the axles to attach the pedals, you turn them the same direction you end up pedaling to go forward.
