You can drink Ashgourd juice instead of coconut water or you can have juice of any vegetables (like cucumber, celery etc)

If you are healthy , don't have any acute disease and do more physical activities and movements daily ...then you can take abc juice daily , otherwise you can have it twice a week.

Please keep in mind that in satvic lifestyle we eat fruits and whole food with fibre . But 3 day juice fast is completely different and it has completely different moto altogether, that is, to give the digestive system a break from digestion. Also, don't worry about sugar spike because satvic movement doesn't promote pure fruit juices , but they suggest to have vegetable juice ( 80% vegetable and 20% fruit).

Your stomach will still be busy digesting those fibres , you will not be able to experience the bliss of juice fast properly.
