Hey Jason, saw you documentary last week, did some research after that, great stuff. Glad you did this experiment, thanks. Would be nice to make a sequel on how these people are now, just a thought. I'm beginning my 28day journey tomorrow. Planning on doing before and after results video. Can't wait to start.

I did the juicing and my hair has gotten thicker. surprised about the energy it's more like I'm not being dragged down by what I'm doing. I haven't paid attention to the weight so I'm not sure if I'm losing or not. my skin has gotten a lot nicer. I'm always surprised by how nice my skin feels. I've been using the restroom a lot though. and when i started out i would be getting headaches from juicing and my stomach would feel nasty but if I remember correctly you said it's just the body removing the toxins. I'm in my second week and I don't get headaches. Also i feel my response is a lot better. I play online shooters and I just feel like my reaction and how go about things is a lot better. I wanted to do juicing for my hair because it was thinning where i would part my hair and now it's covered and when these other things started to happen I was just surprised by it. Especially with the energy because i would work and expect it to pull me down at some point which it usually always does and when it didn't i was just walking confused on how i still have energy.
