Juicy and tender beef and onion stir-fry

This is a quick stir-fry that needs only a few ingredients and the result is simply amazing. Use any beef cut and marinate it while you chop up the onions and the ginger. The cooking time is less than prep time, so make sure you have everything ready to go before you turn on the heat.
Ingredients:
Beef (any cut works)
Shallots or onions
Green onions
Ginger
Raw honey (or sugar)
Sesame oil
White pepper
Beef marinade:
Rice wine
Soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
1 egg
Cornstarch
Serve over rice.
