3 6 Mafia because Juicy J and DJ Paul are not only rappers but DJ's (Trackmasters) too. I remember going to the local spots in Memphis to buy their mixtapes which consisted of their music and new artists. They were the first DJ's to play 8ball, MJG and UGK on their mixtapes and then eventually making music with them. Peace to Bone Thugs with classic with Biggie, but the Memphis Legends 3 6 Mafia ALLDAY, are instrumental on what Memphis Music is today R.I.P. Young Dolph, Yo Gotti, Moneybagg Yo, Black Youngsta and more and I'm going to keep supporting all my Memphis Rappers and it aint no Beef don't kill Memphis Vibes talking about CMG and Dolph aint none let Memphis Rappers keep eating. Winning the crowd? That was they crowd. It's no secret west coast mess with Bone Thugs heavy because of their affiliation with Easy E, plus that 2 Pac collab. Bone. Just better music. Timeless. I liked three 6 music from mystic styles, the end, and chapter 2: world domination. They didn’t rap the same once when the smoke clears hit. It all just became crunk music which is dope, but the lyrics for simple and shortened. No more twisting and dope lord hooks. Three 6 is my second favorite group of all time. @@KAIZENURAMESHI you can’t sample bone thugs. The flow is to unique. Yes people sample Three 6. Three 6 are dope my second favorite group. But they don’t have those hits that went all Over the world. They don’t got hits like tha crossroads or first of the month. Crossroads played at funerals on the regular (timeless). First of the month every first of the month for some (timeless). Not everyone knows three 6’s hits. Just a fact. But both groups are respected and talented and changed the game. Three 6 influence is seen more nowadays. But we can’t forget bone changed the way people rapped and made hooks. They even changed R&B. They aren’t sample but get jacked for their style more than anybody in the 90’s. So yea both are timeless you could say.
@KAIZENURAMESHI2 жыл бұрын
@@jasonp1102 Well you got some good points but I never said 36 is better I just said they're more timeless especially within this generation. So many 36 remixes come out like every other year especially songs like Slob on My Nob and Who run it etc. Then there's the underground and phonk community that sample 36 like crazy and even try to gimmick Memphis style production than there's the mainstream and the upcoming artist that use influence from 36 such as (Asap Rocky, 21 Savage, Travis Scott, Migos, Duke Deuce and the list goes on) that's all I'm saying.
