For those that are concerned about the nipple-you can buy some silicone pasties to put on before you tape or you can fold up a couple of squares of toilet paper/small piece of paper towel to put over the nipple before you tape. Also, I must emphasize doing a test strip. Everybody’s skin is different and if you have larger breasts the skin is especially thin along and below the collar bone area from being pulled from the weight of your breast. I had a situation where the tape (not the tape from this video, another brand) did fine everywhere except for the area below my collar bone- where I had a slight reaction to the adhesive. I would love to see a strapless tape job, I’ll be combing through the videos to see if one is already there!

Toilet paper/paper towel can be abrasive and cause chafing in a lot of people. Specifically made nipple covers are best, but if you can't get those/your nipples are too large for them, you can use a piece of the tape, fold it over on itself, and then use another piece to adhere it like a bandaid. I don't know the texture of this tape, I just looked into body tape a lot when by bf was switching to tape instead of chest binders, but it'll usually be a lot more comfortable and gentle than paper.

I’ve used KT Tape for injury recovery and this stuff is basically heavy duty KT Tape. Caution: be careful removing it. Use lotion or soap+water when removing or you will tear your skin. Frequent use can break down your skin. Definitely give your skin extra TLC when using this! ❤

Baby oil lots of baby oil it will break down the adhesive saturate the tape but not so much you’re dripping everywhere you don’t want to slip then after about 10 minutes take a hot shower/bath as hot as you can handle. Then carefully remove the take be sure not to ripe it off

I'm going to second this. I've used custom heavy duty tape covers for a blood glucose monitoring device and I had to use a different part of my arm each time I used it because the skin gets real sensitive. Now I kept the tape on for 14 days straight. I can't emphasize careful removal enough. I used alcohol to loosen the tape starting at the edges and moving in. That worked well for me. Always test the tape on a part of the body not normally exposed. I tried a different brand of tape cover and was burning up in 30 mins. My skin had a bad allergic reaction and it literally left a burn-like mark for months. So always test first. Don't wait until you need to use it. A rash on tender breast skin is not fun.

I am so glad that someone thought of bigger breasted women. We don't all come in one size. Bigger chested women have just as much right to feel sexy and wear those cleavage giving clothing while being secure. Thank you for this. I am a c-d cup depending on the brand. But a great lift, security, and coverage from this wider tape is something I would try myself instead of the thinner tape. 😊❤

The allergy test is REALLY important. I found out I was allergic to KT tape when it came off and I had blisters and skin loss in the ridge pattern. If you are someone who is allergic to most adhesives or has had previous plaster/band-aid reactions, the test strip isn't something you should risk skimping out on. Put a little strip on the inside of your arm (the skin is more similar to your breast skin compared to the outside of your arm that gets more sun exposure). I like to test for 24 hours, because that's generally the maximum amount of time that you'd keep tape on (situations like accidentally falling asleep and waking up the next day, or unforseen circumstances like a trip to the hospital waiting room, crashing on your friend's sofa, etc)

Much research says wearing bras the majority of the day actually decreases the ability in the pectoral muscles. Not wearing one makes the muscles hold their weight more than always having your shoulders carry their weight.

How do you apply the tape so that it does not show under swimsuits. That's my hardest problem, trying to find a suit that is largest enough in the chest and also supportive. I think this could help, but I think it would be hard depending on how thick the shoulder and back straps are.

Test an area to make sure you are not sensitive or allergic to adhesive. Adhesive is made a lot of different way so just because some brand says adhesive free, latex free, sensitive free etc. it doesn’t matter you can still have a bad reaction to it. If a bandaid or tape put on the inside of your arm is easily irritated by adhesive bandages then your breast tissue will be the same way.

The amount you need would be dictated by your height and band size. Taller or thicker is going to need more. You could follow the tutorial using masking tape, which would give you an idea of how much length you would require

What's the point of this if you can't have bare shoulders? Personally I would want to use this for halter necks or strapless, so if you have to put it over your shoulders it defeats the point, bra straps would look better?
