Merengue is the whit part of an egg cooked and battered to white peaks for and you keep adding sugar so it looks glossy then place in oven to cook you can look it up they are easy to make but yes they are sugar and white part of the egg

It’s basically whipped egg whites with sugar. I don’t think there’s much yellow, but if there is, there’s only a little, maybe some vanilla and other flavorings and you bake them. It’s kind of like a cookie not some thing I think that would be interested In but they are pretty
