I started this a week ago and have not finished because as a caregiver to my hubby who is a stroke survivor I have to do it on parts. I'm reorganizing my vanity table again as well. I plan on coming back to KZbin this year starting with a give away. I'm gonna pack something's up for friends and my nieces so they don't have to break the bank for makeup if they start to wear it. Talk about having two or three of things I love but not having used them. 😂😂😂 So seeing your great video let's me know I'm on the right track. Blessing to you hermosa! 🥰

I did some makeup clean out yesterday and literally threw out a garbage bag of old dried up stuff!!!! I was proud of myself because i have such a hard time parting with my precious makeup!!! Much love sweet girl ❤❤❤❤

I recently did the same recently, but what I've done is do give them out as Free Samples for my Makeup Lesson that I do for the Female Students at the School. Otherwise I usually give them away as a Gift or a Bingo Prize when I do my Bingo Game. Expired Makeup goes to the trash as well. I always make sure everything that I give away or donate is clean and sanitized for sure and we'll presented too...Great Job, Jas!

The fact that even after i haven’t been consistent with watching your videos you still have more of a drug store collection and i love that! Not everyone needs all high end. Your collection is so much better than all these people (myself included) with 300 plus eyeshadow palettes

Hi Jas, I decluttered some of my makeup the other day and geez, it felt soooo good!!! I have to look into my town and school systems too see if they take donations cuz when I did the decluttering, I just threw everything away (it wasn't alot) and it was just a waste. I have to still go through quite a bit but what I did go through, it did feel good 😊. I love you tons and I hope you have a great rest of your weekend with Hector and Bernard 💜💙💙

BH Cosmetics had the best formulas! Their eyeshadows and highlighters were amazing! I still have a few of their palettes❤

You inspired me to find four of my forgotten palettes and put them back into rotation - I couldn’t figure out how to turn them into a cohesive look before but after watching your videos I Have Ideas! You’ve definitely changed the way I do my makeup and it’s so much fun getting ready in the morning (and honestly, I wouldn’t even use makeup if it wasn’t fun, I just love the artistry of nailing a look). I'm so glad you said that the Charlotte Tilbury quad was overhyped. I agree wholeheartedly. Go with indie brands. So much better. I declutter quite often and will mail it to the women's shelter. I think they will appreciate having something to make themselves feel better. Heck, that's why I wear makeup!

Personally I stopped using MAC when the company started testing on animals. Some people have done the same. However MAC is still pretty popular. I guess it depends on the KZbinr that you watch.

I love declutter videos they are so comforting for some odd reason lol but I do agree that some of the Charlotte Tilbury products are very overpriced and overrated. I had a sample of the Magic Serum and Magic Cream, and it gave me a chemical burn! I was so surprised.

I was sooo disappointed in the Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow quads. I found one on liquidation at Winners (Marshalls) for 11CAD$, and I still want my money back. The colour pay off is not the greatest. So glad I didn’t pay full price or the initial reduced price.

Powders don’t really expire tho. Some do and if they don’t perform the same anymore then get rid of it, but if it does there’s no need to throw them away.

I have learned of a forgotten place to donate is to groups, and even shelters that work with LGBTQ youth. And drama clubs and art departments with schools. I've found some art departments can use expired things if they are just making them in to a medium to use on canvas. I'm amazed what artists can turn into a medium for use. Trash to treasure sometimes.
