I was actually warming up even further to Tom. Particularly after all his medical issues and the journey he's gone on to improve his health. I have Crohn's too and seeing all he does was mind blowing cause it just seems too severe at times. (Albeit everyone has different severities.) But now idk how to feel about him. @@JangaBlocks no there’s not. There was no court case ever. It never made it to court. It’s unbelievably frustrating watching people spread false information. There is no information out there further than what juji and Tom told you. What you have seen are filings. They are accusations. Nothing more nothing less. And in a civil suit, there is not real standard of proof so you can pretty much say anything in a filing and lawyers will always exaggerate the shit out of everything they can. Lawyers jobs aren’t being fair and honest.....what you have is jujis lawyers very one sided most likely exaggerated filing. Which never made it to court and was settled outside of court with no police involvement of any kind. Basically. Every single word could be true. Or almost none of it could be true, we don’t really know anything except what they both have publicly said. You watched elgintensity’s video but somehow forgot the part where he explains this is just accusation and it’s up to you to decide what you believe....

I was really worried too after the first two videos...I’ve been following juji since way before Tom. But the videos just got way better when Tom took some control of them and I was worried juji would end up more like his content before Tom. His endeavors will continue to be successfully because he is a hard working, charismatic guy with a proven formula. It's a shame things wen't down like they did, we obviously don't know all the details but from what I can tell the reaction was completely justified and even downright necessary. I would have taken the same actions had it been me. I do hope one day all parties involved, including Tom despite reprehensible behavior, can find some sort of peace with everything and move on. I don't want to speculate too much, since I obviously don't know them, but I would assume that Sam has or had her own separate career before. Juji quit his job to pursue fitness and KZbin - it would be a huge and very scary move to quit a job (losing your insurance and salary) to double down on that bet. In that context, it would make total sense to bring in someone else with experience in editing and videography to help fill the gaps in Juji's skillset, while keeping that other "safer" income stream. Super happy she's on board, and I hope that she's enjoying being a part of the channel
