As a Cardinals fan, I know what you are going through. We had three years of mediocrity to deal with. It seems to be that if you get rid of your GM and HC at the same time for two new ones who know and trust each other and then start building through the draft, you are good. Hell on our main offense, the only ones that are most involved that we didn’t draft are James Conner, Greg Dortch, and Zay Jones. The rest of the offense is ours. If the OKC Thunder has taught us anything, building through the draft is HUGE.
