20:24 I always kinda figured the bit was Gojo supposedly trying to help with Yuji's "experience emotions" training by telling a "spooky story", but by interrupting Yuji while he's training/watching the movie + the silliness of the story, it's clear that Gojo is just trying to be a pest and break his focus so he'll slip up.
