Heres an explanation in dumb vulgar terms, he used the build mode, shat out and placed down a part, scaled that bitch up so that it covers the background, now baby boy records that shit and goes into his editing software, shits down whatever footage he wants, puts the greenscreen footage on top of that slut, and uses a chroma key/Chroma Keyer to make it transparent, if you wanna know how I see this, you can look at the edges of all the things in frame, like the trees, they have a very subtle green outline due to the soft edge/glow hiding it. And it's a dead giveaway how he had to turn everything else green excluding the green screen, into grey, most likely using a mask and color correction.

He walks around on a different device or uses Roblox Account Manager/RAM, its a niche little software which allows two Roblox accounts to be played on the same Device, the footage is the POV of another account. And its a little zoomed in so that the UI doesn't get in the way.
