Music and style never die they are both spiritual the singers and players have gone on but the spirit remains. And Ive no reason to admit defeat when my entire life has been a wonderful journey that was more fun than anything I could ever compare it to. Marriage and divorce, losing friends and family from years of touring and the only time Im home is to attend a funeral or holidays which was and is always cool. But I wouldnt have it any other way. My vision has been fufilled I wanted to play swing and I wanted to play it in the places where they needed it the most and thatwas in the rock joints honky tonks and anywhere that they had a stage or room enough to set up. Youd be suprised how much less space you need with doghouse bass and a good rthym section and if the guy on guitar is as good as they say he is well man were gonna play till you drop.
