Unfortunately it will be practically impossible for me to troubleshoot your machine remotely. I recommend trying to find a machine repair shop in your area that specializes in industrials.

I did not forget about your machine issue. I don’t know if this would help, but I just found a video where someone replaced the control board of the 5550-6, with a modern stitch controller. I think I’m having a problem with my controller board now so this would solve my problem.
