OMG!! the auto back tack that does it in one click and without pressing the reverse button, have just bloody made my day! Thank you so so much for that info, it was really helpful! I just bought this machine a week ago and I have been having problem with it, ie: the stitches at the back is not neat, the thread keeps coming off when I'm doing the front back tack/lock (sorry im not familiar with the terms). I was starting to regret spending that much money on this machine. 😩

I have this machine and it sews like a dream. I think the tension needs to be adjusted on yours. Move the center dial and test sewing till you get stitches that are perfect front and back

I should have said top and back of fabric. When I look at my knob it has about a 1/4” of screw threads showing

Do you have other resources for troubleshooting on this model? I find that the manual is limited, and is especially unhelpful for visual learners like myself 😂 I’m especially looking for help with adjusting the feed dog

study the button Symbols from the manual. Its probably the most important to know.

Thank you for the video.❤ Can you please make more videos about this machine. I have tried working with this machine and the manual. I am so frustrated, I purchased it new 10 months ago, and it was expensive. Big time regret after 2 months. Have not used it much because of frustration. The top thread keeps breaking. I have watched many videos that are unfortunately for me the are not in English. Still don't know the problem. HELP this machine was only used for a month.

I’ve had the same experience! I’m about 9mo into owning my machine and have had the same frustrations. I did manage to resolve my thread-breaking issue to some extent, but not completely. And other troubleshooting support is near nonexistent. If you’ve found any helpful resources, do share!

Great video, thank you so much. My question is how do I save the parameters for labels please as I jave several different sizes?

For the label sewing ( looks like a open box button) you can save different patterns by changing the "p" number . those are your different pattern numbers
