I have a little history to share. There used to be a Nest 301 furniture store on the second floor. Nest 301 opened in the fall of 2014, and closed in early 2016 (as far as I remember). The whole second floor retail space was stripped down in around 2019, and in early 2021, they started to convert the space into new loft units. In April of 2022, the 2nd floor was ready for residents to live in.
