A few hours ago (13 August, 2024) I ran a test of perplexity vs. chatgpt. I requested a table to be constructed and gave the X-Y coordinates. Both produced the table with X-Y coordinates, but neither could produce the body of the table, which was the whole point of the exercise. Both suggested that I consult sources of information to which they had no access. Also, Perplexity actually produced table data but noted that this was "not real" and was meant only as "for show" !! I will stick to my old chatgpt...it is not perfect, but perplexity has nothing new to offer me.

You're mixing up AI tooling. Perplexity is for augmenting things with live web data (think of it as Google+). Claude for creative writing. ChatGPT is still the best for what you describe (jack of all trades, master of none). Cheers.

I have a simple question? How to rank single page website related to Real Estate Luxury project, so we can better optimize it for organic traffic. I have spoken to SEO agencies they want to modify the site and add more pages? Also mostly focus on web core vital to scare us with the low score as we have bunch of video which slow down the site when tested on Light house. however it doesn't feel slow when we open the page. while my SEO score on Ahref is 100% however there are small warning such as title is short or long, H1 is missing etc. I agree it need to improve however my client wants videos on the page which are hosted on vimeo and i dont want performance of website to be good so we can have good score WCV. What should we priorities first in terms of SEO (WCV, on-page seo, off-page seo, domain rating, back-links etc) Please advice. For me it 1. Content 2. SEO optimization 3. Quality Back-link 4. Good WCV score
