Im an interal designer and I would absolutely love to give you some decorating tips!! So for small awkward kinda spaces I would put a tall plant there with a material that matches the vibe and for empty walls I would try to put painting of shelves or a mirror or a suture kinda thought you get what I mean so ya hope this helpss and gl with your beauty of a new house hope your kids love the space they will be growing you in and love yall!!!

Love your house. One idea I did think of was you should switch Julias gaming/vanity room with the first upstairs guest room right across the hall. Simply because the closet is so much bigger in that room. Guest could get more use out of a smaller closet and bath. Plus having the bigger closet in julias space is way better for actual storage or even more of her things to store in the larger closet. Just a thought thats what I would do. :)

What if for some rooms you had warmer lighting and some rooms had cooler lighting? I like having the dining room with warming lighting and it sets a calmer atmosphere. Then I’ll use white lighting for my bed room and living room to keep me more awake and busy ✨ Lovely house though!

18:45 crazy to see the difference between houses where I’m from and houses in America!! I’ve never lived in a big expensive house but I’ve always had heated towel racks! We have one from floor to ceiling in my bathroom. They aren’t as useful as they seem bc they get VERY hot and make ur room hot as well and drying your towels.
