Julia Doig - Freearm Solo, Gold Medal Honours

In 2017, I completed the highest possible accolade for a calisthenics competitor - Gold Medal with Honours in the ACF Skills Program!
Part 3 of the examination includes an on stage solo performance for Freearm, Rods & Aesthetics/Dance.
I have decided to share my Freearm with you for any younger performers who may be struggling to find purpose in their skills exams or for any older performers who have completed Grade 4 and wanting a challenge and extend their calisthenics skills and performance abilities!! You may have seen me demonstrating for the Test 1-3 and Grade 1-2 Videos already on KZbin, so I can tell you first hand that working on your skills and technique through these exams will make a huge difference! Enjoy!
