Philip isn't the only one not to watch the blasted football ; two thirds of the population , including me , didn't . Pure arrogance to presume that because you like something , everyone else must like it too . I won't be watching the overpaid prima donnas in the final either. Give me rugby, at any level !

I have never liked or understood rugby, even at school when l had to play it, l never had a clue what l was doing, for the life of me l could never see the skill in it just an excuse to settle 'old scores' with a punch up , l never watched the 2003 world cup final or the 6 nations etc..but hey if that's your thing, fine...!! But l and many football fans l know never would slag the rugby off in the same manner you rugby fans slag football off, everytime l have been with people talking about football and a rugby fan over hears us or l am asked did l watch the rugby Saturday etc...by a rugby fan and l politely say no it's not my thing, they EXPLODE into a venomous rant like yourself above as if l have said something highly offensive, is it because generally football is more popular , more money in the game etc...just curiosity.
