You did a great job with this! I think they were actually in a relationship in timeline 40. If you've seen S04E07 you know what I'm talking about (Marina admitting to Penny she had/has a girlfriend). It would make sense if that's Julia especially after hearing her ask "So what's the deal with you and me in your timeline?" Fingers crossed for fanservice. ;p
