Julia Markhel Interview, Lets Do It World Conference 2023

Julia Markhel is Leader of the NGO Let's Do It Ukraine, the largest environmental movement in Ukraine that unites more than 3,5 million Ukrainians. She is also a founder of the international movements Let's Do It World and School Recycling World; coordinator of the International Humanitarian Project "Let's do it Ukraine SOS" and World Cleanup Day in Ukraine. In 2022, she continued to implement environmental projects in Ukraine that united 9,430 volunteers across 18 regions of humanitarian hubs to carry out humanitarian missions both in danger zones and relatively safe areas of Ukraine. She organized dozens of international cultural and social events with the support of bloggers, athletes, and influencers. Juia and her team distributed 9814,6 tons of humanitarian aid to 1 152 548 Ukrainians and 599 354 food kits as part of the international humanitarian project. They organized logistical support for help arriving in other regions of Ukraine.
