I wish they would play reruns of Julia on MeTV. This is my first time viewing the show and I'm smitten. The theme music, wardrobe, and cinematography are all delightful! Ms. Carroll was such a class act! Its seems like TV has pummeled to an all-time low in the last years. Apart from old show like this I don't care to watch it.

I agree with wat you're saying but bk then tv said she wasn't real that it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY for a BLACK RN to be living on her own in a nice apt raising her son after losing her husband. They said that wasn't realistic... WOW! I even read where Ms. Carroll received death threats saying that the show wasn't realistic enough EVEN THOUGH SHE BROKE THROUGH ALL THOSE BARRIERS

Dihann Carroll real Classy Chick erstwhile "Broad" had that cool friendly persona and ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL easy to talk with easier to look at. She stole Johnny Carson's ❤️ on his own show. Something to see. I was fortunate enough to attend her 75th bday concert filmed for PBS. Great show with Sinatra's touring band Even had a wardrobe malfunction to make it legit! Lovely Woman true creative and perceptive genius thanks for the memories MISS DIHANN CARROLL
