Those YSL blushes are calling me but I am on a replacement only no buy until 2026. I am obsessed with the all the Ube products and have been suing them daily for the past two weeks. I have a light medium olive skin tone so the tint in the Ube powder perfectly neutralizes my skin with a very subtle brightness. I’ll be looking forward to see if you review the upcoming Givenchy foundation in you’re interested in it. So chuffed you uploaded on my day off work. 😊

If you like the ethereal effect of the Half-magic eye shadows, I recommend you check out the brand Clionadh. They're Canadian too and have heaps of single eye shadows that are other worldly 🤩 My faves are the glitter iridescent and glitter multichromes!

I had the same reaction when I got the rare beauty contour in gentle, it swatched cool but it turned a bit warm when blended. It does look pretty as a bronzer

Love this eye look! Bummer that the only Patrick Ta blush duo I brought was the red one but haven't tried it yet. Hope it performs well. Impressed with the Half Magic eye shadows. I have the Berry shade in the YSL blush and it's nice but doesn't last long enough 6hrs and then it's gone.

Totally agree with you about YSL’s packaging, especially lately with the cushiony clutch- like detailing and the big golden YSL in the middle. It’s already turning into one of my favourite brands. I bought one of the eyeshadow quads the other day, and it just speaks luxury even though it’s very lightweight, which I can’t really say about many other luxury brands these days. The formula is phenomenal too, I’ve only used it once so far but I absolutely love it already !

This round of Patrick Ta’s blushes have a matte powder blush, where the others have been satins. Not saying it should be chalky, but I’m sure that’s a factor.

You should watch the Rare Beauty tutorial , its 2 dots each cheek and 2 dots either side of forehead. I do like the colour you used . Some of the PT blushes look very similar on the cheek. I am hoping I can afford one of the YSL blushes the Nude Lavillier , I think it would look stunning on mature skin .

Theres not a strict guideline or rule for how much product you apply! Just depends what look and intensity someone’s going for

I found it helpful in comparison to their blush formula. So sorry , I should have explained myself a little better .
