I would love to see you do an “eating low FODMAP” for a week! My doctor recommended to me because I have bad bloating issues caused by certain food, and as a vegan some are difficult You and I eat a lot of similar food Onions, garlic, beans, wheat. All high fodmap 🥲

I am also on a low fodmap diet but after the initiate time you can add more food with higher fodmap. Garlic infused oils are also good and very flavorful and just skip the onions. I have the monash fodmap app, highly recommended! My digestive problems are almost all gone!
