The only problem is that young people (high school age in particular) have different circadian rhythms and usually naturally want/need to stay up late. Also, young people need extra sleep and suffer tremendously, mentally and physically, if they don’t get it. Just throwing this out there! I love the productivity mindsets, for real, just hope that more people can learn that even school is sometimes too early to be a good idea for this age range.

I physically CANNOT fall asleep before 11 or 11:30, sometimes even later, and if I somehow manage to, then I'll just wake up periodically throughout the night (every 2 hours or so). I still get up at 5am anyway because I have to, and it seriously sucks. Plus I've never been a morning person anyway, really really wish I could though because sleeping in makes me feel unproductive. I like staying up late, but I also like being awake in the early morning so I have more time to do things. So I'm tired 24/7 basically.

Honestly, I have to thank you. Things with my family and friends haven't been the greatest, and I'm currently homeschooled so I'm very lonely. I've been going through a lot mentally and havent had the motivation to do anything or really talk to anyone. I binged these productivity videos, and it motivated me into making my own routine for my art, workouts, stretches and schoolwork. It's made me feel a lot better, and i had to thank you. I've finally fallen into a routine that helps me feel happy and not overworked or lazy. I've finally started my comic, and finally made goals for myself to complete by the end of the year, or by the end of the week. Again, thank you so much for motivating me.
