Love your recipes and your low key demeanor. I make nearly the same smoothie but other than the flax and chia, don’t put nuts and seeds in it. Instead of drinking it, I pour it into a bowl and stir in the nuts and seeds so I can eat it. Our WFPB docs say digestion starts in the mouth. Stay well and keep sharing wonderful recipes. BTW, I also enjoy your cooked kale and sesame seed breakfast snack.❤

Hi Julia, looks like our smoothies are almost in sync, we are connected through the smoothie quantum :) The only differences I have as a variation is, I ferment oats in water with a little apple cider vinegar in the fridge and keep topping them up and using a couple of spoons of that, I soak the flaxseed (I use whole flax as have read the ground one oxidises), chia and walnuts overnight, I use Organic Traditions Juice powders as well sometimes and also use frozen blackberries instead of blueberries. You could do that. I just don’t like the taste of the greens in the smoothie so I eat them on the side. But yes, put the greens in if you like them.
